EB-5 investors may now take the advantage of concurrent filing.

Thanks to the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act passed in March 2022, potential EB-5 investors may now enjoy the benefits of a greencard while they wait. Concurrent Filing allows potential investors to file their I-526 immigrant petitions and their I-45 adjustment status applications at the same time. This enables investors to apply for their work authorizations and travel permits for optimum flexibility to wherever they wish or start their own businesses.
