3. PSA – Birth certificate
4. Picture ( Passport / ID Picture )

1. No Objection Letter
2. Certificate of Enrolment
3. School Id
4. DSWD Clearance ( if minor is travelling without parent )
If Employ
1. Employment Certificate – Work Contract
2. Payslip
3. Bank statement
4. Business ( Tax and any proof of Ownership
5. Properties if have ( Proof )
6. Any proof of tie in the Philippines
Accommodation
1. Travel Itinerary
2. Hotel Reservation
3. Travel Insurance
4. Round trip Ticket ( or ticket reservation )

1. Family Composition
2. Copy of Other Visa obtained
3. Parental Consent Letter ( for minor Travel ) +
( Marriage Contract Parents )
4. Parents bank Statement ( for student applicant )
5. Invitation / Supporting letter of Grandmother in Europe with Copy of Id card / Permit to stay and Copy of Passport
Cover letter for all the Applicant
– Make two sets of Photocopies for all the Documents to submit
Payment
– VFS seRvice Fee ( 1,770 Pesos )
– Visa Fee ( 4,600 ) and ( 2,300 ) pesos for Below 12 years old
