The COVID-19 pandemic has emphasized the importance of technology and at this moment, the drive for innovation in the provisioning of government services is undeniable. On 25th June 2020, the Government of Saint Lucia launched its Digital Government Integrated Services Platform (digiGov). The primary objective of Government’s digital transformation is to the use information and communication technology (ICT) as a tool to integrate public sector processes to improve services to citizens and businesses. Not only is this modality safe and efficient, but it also reduces the overall cost of Government operations.
