On Thursday Congress passed the omnibus spending bill that included immigration provisions to help reduce the visa backlog! The bipartisan bill was hurried through Congress in order to provide aid to Ukraine and fund the government before it shut down on Friday. In this video we take a look at what immigration provisions were included, which ones were left out, and what immigration advocates had to say in response!
