On November 1st, 2019 the Sanctuary Rainforest Eco Resort and Spa, a Dominica Citizenship by Investment Project, held its groundbreaking ceremony to begin at the Resort’s construction site at Providence in the Roseau Valley. Among the list of esteemed guests present were Prime of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit who expressed the Government’s commitment to support and promote the project. He also highlighted its importance in the creation of jobs and overall development of the Roseau Valley, which is home to various tourist sites, waterfalls, sulphur springs and flora and fauna.
