On April 22nd President Trump signed an executive order temporarily suspending immigration to the United States. He has placed a 60-day pause on the issuance of green cards in an effort to limit competition for jobs in a in the U.S. during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, President Trump has excluded EB-5 investors from the ban, the EB-5 Program will not be affected.
