The practice of retaining employees by delaying their Green Cards has ruined so many careers here.

People with great capabilities are stuck in a dead end job because of this practice. Not sure how long it’ll last and employers will see employees like who they really are – humans with dreams and aspirations. Can we stop this exploitation please.
