From November 2021, travellers who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 will be allowed to fly to the US from anywhere in the world.
Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, the US has imposed strict Coronavirus travel restrictions on the UK. Under the present rules, only US citizens, their immediate families, green card holders and those with national interest exemptions (NIE) can take a trip to the US if they have been in the UK in the last two weeks.
The travel bans were initially initiated by ex-President Donald Trump and his administration to try and reduce the spread of Coronavirus. Trump eliminated the travel restrictions on his final day in the White House, but they were reapplied by President Joe Biden.
The Biden administration lately announced a wind-up to the travel ban. Beginning in November 2021, travellers who are completely vaccinated against Coronavirus will be able to fly to the US from anywhere in the world.
Unvaccinated passengers will still be barred from coming to the US, unless they meet the criteria for one of the exemptions mentioned in the official US government website.
