The Sovereign Base Areas or SBA’s in Cyprus have been testing how well they can respond to another migrant landing – such as the one that took place inside RAF Akrotiri last October. The exercise is one of a series, each designed to evaluate the SBA’s response to a range of emergency scenarios.
