For applicants requiring a visa, an invitation needs to be obtained from a citizen of Paraguay which is approved by the Ministry of Foreign affairs. The application along with the invite is then submitted to the embassy and following a brief interview with the visa officer, the visa is issued within 15 days.

For Residency applicants, you will require a submission of a bank statement with a balance of around US$ 5000, a background check, your birth certificate, and your educational qualifications.
