Several Caribbean countries such as St. Kitts and Nevis and Dominica offer “economic citizenship” or “citizenship-by-investment” for those willing to heavily invest in their nations. On January 1, St. Lucia will be joining their ranks, becoming the fifth such Caribbean country to do so.
