\nIngredients:
\n\u2022250 g of flour
\n\u2022125 g of cold butter
\n\u20221\/2 of teaspoon baking powder
\n\u202270 g of sugar
\n\u20221 egg<\/p>\n
\u2022500 g of sour cream (or cream cheese)
\n\u20222 eggs
\n\u202275 g of sugar
\n\u2022vanilla
\n\u20225-6 middle apples
\n\u2022cinnamon<\/p>\n
Process:
\n1. Mix flour, baking powder and butter. Add eggs and sugar. Knead the dough and then roll out through the parchment. Put it on the bottom of the prepared pan. Put the base of the pie in the fridge to cool for an hour.
\n2. Combine the sour cream, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat on low speed until just well mixed.
\n3. Bake the base of the pie for 15 minutes at 190\u00b0C (374\u00b0F).
\n4. Pour the batter on top of the crust. Bake at 170\u00b0C (338\u00b0F) for 15 minutes. Then put sliced apples, add cinnamon and sugar and bake for another 45 minutes.<\/p>\n
