The hope is that this will help<br \/>\nchallenge some of the mental health stigma and can dispel misconceptions about mental health<br \/>\nproblems and the people who experience them. Alex Bousquet has that story<br \/>\nFounder of the Caribbean Collective: a group of British Psychology Students currently on Island<br \/>\nholding open discussions about mental Health in communities island wide -Harry Spear says, the<br \/>\ngroup was formed because Mental Health in the UK is not much spoken about.
