Your sponsor must renew your residence visa before it expires. A renewed visa will let you continue living legally in the UAE without incurring fines or facing legal consequences for the same. The relevant General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) allows residents a grace period of 30 days to stay in the UAE after their visas expire.

Professional levels of jobs
\nMinistry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) classifies employment into 9 professional levels according to the International Standard Classification of Occupations (ISCO) issued by the International Labour Organization. These levels are:
\nLevel 1: Legislators, managers, and business executives
\nLevel 2: Professionals in scientific, technical and human fields
\nLevel 3: Technicians in scientific, technical and humanitarian fields
\nLevel 4: Writing professionals
\nLevel 5: Service and sales occupations
\nLevel 6: Skilled workers in agriculture, fisheries and animal husbandry
\nLevel 7: Craftsmen in construction, mining, and other craftsmen
\nLevel 8: Operators and assemblers of machinery and equipment
\nLevel 9: Simple professions.<\/p>\n
Labour is classified as skilled work if it fulfils all the conditions listed below:
\nThe worker must be at a professional level (one amongst first to fifth level mentioned above)
\nThe worker has obtained a certificate higher than the secondary certificate or an equivalent certificate
\nThe certificate must be attested by the competent authorities
\nThe monthly salary (excluding commission) of the worker must not be less than AED 4,000.<\/p>\n
