Non-native English speakers eligible for this loophole:<br \/>\n&#8211; Spouses of those who hold an E1 through and E7 visa<br \/>\n&#8211; Spouses of those who graduated with a Master\u2019s or PhD from a Korean university in a science field<br \/>\n&#8211; Spouses of those holding an investor\u2019s visa<\/p>\n<p>2b. Documents you must prepare in your home country:<br \/>\n&#8211; National-level criminal check + apostille<br \/>\n&#8211; Notarized photocopy of your bachelor\u2019s degree + apostille<br \/>\n&#8211; TESOL certificate (must say how many hours the course was comprised of; assume 100 hours is the minimum allowed)<br \/>\n*If your country doesn\u2019t use the apostille system, you must instead have documents verified at the Korean embassy in your home country.
