If you plan on traveling to Spain you need to fill out the FCS Health form. Here is how to fill out the FCS form to travel to Spain so you know what information you need ahead of your trip. <\/p>\n
You cannot fill out the form more than 48 hours before your flight. You will need to complete check in before finishing the form. It will generate a QR code and is one of the documents you need for entry into Spain.<\/p>\n
