HOW TO SIGN IN NOTARY IN 2020 IN SPANISH SEPHARDIC CITIZENSHIP<\/p>\n
As you know, as in the rest of the world, because of Covid-19 (Coronavirus), Government of Spain has approved the Real Decreto 463\/2020, from 14th march, who declares the \u201cestado de alarma\u201d , during 2 weeks, and who has bee extended in some occassions and that until the end of june at least, is preview to continue. But before, Spain is being opened more and more and we will know in a few weeks the final plan of Goverment.<\/p>\n
As you know, the Real Decreto suspends the time for presenting documents, signing in notary, and Instituto Cervantes cancelled many exams preview in the next weeks, and will permit the people to make it again later.<\/p>\n
How will be the signature in Notary \u00bf<\/p>\n
Fort he moment, it is preview to continue with the process of signature, in the moment it will be posible to sign and to travel again to Spain. But, if the trips will start later as preview, and specially for reasons of health, danger or difficulty to come to Spain, we are thinking about an alternative plan, for permitting clients to sign anyway, using a representation formula or similar, who is not initially preview in the 2015 sephardic citizenship Law, but that I consider that it must be permitted.<\/p>\n
Deadline for closing the electronic file is until the end of the year, but you will have more time for signing in notary, during part of 2021 at least.<\/p>\n
