TIME FOR APPLYING FOR SEPHARDIC SPANISH CITIZENSHIP<\/p>\n
Many of you , and your familiars and friends, are preparing your documents for Spanish Sephardic Citizenship , since some weeks and months ago, and you wonder: when is the last day to start the procedure?
\nIt is right that you have to submit the documents in may or june 2019, ? NO, at all<\/p>\n
The clear answer is that the last day to start the electronic file in the Ministry of Justice is the 1st of October. This day, the file has to be started<\/p>\n
It means that ALL DOCUMENTS must be ready then? It will be the best thing, if it is possible: to apply with all documents, as it will be possible to sign in the Notary before<\/p>\n
But what happens if we submit for you for example, the 30th of September and for example, CCSE or DELE EXAMS or other documents (certificates of jewish communities, etc), are not all ready? Or genealogical report?<\/p>\n
It will be possible to add it later that date of 1st october and complete it before the day of signing in Notary , if we sign in december or january for example ?<\/p>\n
The answer is clearly YES, and after submitting, we will have some months to go to Notary to sign. And even after notary, it will be possible to add more documents , with our attorney card, in the electronic register, representing you.<\/p>\n
It is because to all of you who are still preparing documents, or even starting to do it, it is possible to get all the documents in the maximum time of 2\/3 months, and so, you are in time for sending to us the initial documents and for starting your file<\/p>\n
We encourage you to do it, and we will be able to help you with the whole process.<\/p>\n
