December 2022 Visa Bulletin predictions.
The Department of State has posted the Visa Bulletin for November 2022. DOS and USCIS has not yet confirmed the Dec 2022 visa bulletin and whether the Dates for Filing chart can continue to be used by applicants.
These predictions were based on earlier inputs by Mr. Andrew Parker, who is responsible for overseeing issues related to U.S.C.I.S case status, and for coordinating related policies with the U.S. Department of State.
Later announcement will clarify whether U.S.C.I.S will accept adjustment applications based on the Final Action dates chart, or on the Dates for Filing chart, as it did last month.
