Chess Olympiad is about the celebration of chess throughout the world. It is not just about medals, norms and glory. It is much more than that. Many players around the globe make their tournament debut at this event. They get to see the World Champion Magnus Carlsen for the very first time. The biggest chess festival for some, is something surreal for a lot of chess players. IM FT Abhishek Kelkar was assigned the Captain of St. Kitts and Nevis. He trained them during the tournament. All of them are unrated. One of the players is probably going to get a rating. Abhishek shares his thoughts about working with the team, P`Della`P Stanley and Frank Gordon share their experience of playing in the Olympiad and much more.
