US NONIMMIGRANT VISAS VS IMMIGRANT | US IMMIGRATION WITH USA VISAS WHICH LEAD TO THE GREEN CARD

Today we will compare US nonimmigrant visas with immigrant ones. If you are interested in US immigration, then watch the video till the end!

Well, immigrant visas have 5 categories: EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 and so on. For example, EB-1A is made for talented people with extraordinary abilities and EB-1C is made for managers and executives who are working in affiliated companies.

Both EB-2 and EB-3 visas require you to have an employer in the States. Also, there is an exception for an EB-2 visa, it is called EB-2 NIW visa and this type of visa does not need you to have an employer.
