How to apply for Dominica citizenship by investment?

Dominica holds one of the world’s oldest citizenship by investment program, launched in 1993. Applicants obtain their citizenship and passport of the country in approximately 5 months without ever having to visit the country.

Citizens of Dominica gain visa-free access to over 143 countries including the Schengen States, UK, China, Singapore and Hong Kong
A whole family can be considered under one application.

The spouse of the main applicant, their children up to 30 years of age, the parents and grandparents of the main applicant and the spouse, all qualify as dependent family.

Also, unmarried siblings of the main applicant and spouse can be included under the same application. To qualify they have to be under 25 years of age, cannot be married or have any children of their own.

Applicants qualify for citizenship through two different routes:
An investment in a Government approved real estate project
Or a non-refundable financial contribution to a Government fund
The investment in Real Estate must only be in a project which has been pre-approved by the Government and not just in any property. The investment may include hotel shares, villas and condominium units.

The minimum real estate investment required by law is US$200,000 (resalable after 5 years)
Instead of the Real Estate investment the applicant can chose to pay a non refundable Contribution to a Government fund with a minimum amount of USD 175,000 for up to four people plus fees.

It is important to know that the Government does not receive applications directly from applicants and all applications must be submitted through a Government Authorized Agent. Our company, Citizenship Invest is an Authorized Company to process the citizenship of Dominica and one of the oldest in the world promoting the program.
