What are the chances I will obtain my approval?
if you search on the USCIS website, you will notice that they publish their approval and rejection rates on a quaterly basis many times it hovers around the high 80’s about 88%.
Generally speaking, the primary reason for rejections is not being able to prove up a clear source of funds. On our first consultation, I will ask you a couple of questions based on your salary earnings or the business you operate. I will then prescribe a list of documents to provide us, review them and will let you know if based on those documentations you will be able to obtain your approval or not.
I have filed many applications in GCC, therefore I have a good sense for what the U.S. government is looking for and can let you know accordingly.
