I knew that staying in a country that’s not my own was not going to be easy but the Spanish visa process has been a bit more difficult than I initially thought it would be. I applied for a student visa back in June and only now have received the resolution, leaving only 2 weeks for me to try to extend or I have to leave.
I am staying positive and doing everything I can to stay here. I do love Barcelona and my intention is to continue to learn Spanish. I just have a long growing list of things that need to happen so that as a foreigner I don’t have to leave my new home.

== About Me ==
Hello! I’m Ashley, a travel enthusiast who loves to explore and share everything I learn along the way. I have traveled to over 70 countries and have made if my mission to dig into the culture, history, food, and language as much as I can. I not only want to share my passion for the world but also encourage my viewers to get out and experience it for themselves. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to inspire others to challenge their miss conceptions and step out of what makes them comfortable in hopes of trying or experience something new that may change their life forever.
