December 2022 Visa Bulletin : Changes in Family & Employment Based Category | US Immigration News
The Visa Bulletin for the family-based category has not changed much as of yet; we briefly glanced through it and did not see any dates change, so we’ll still quickly check through them to see what’s happening before moving on to the EB category. So, as per normal, we’ll compare the visibility for November 2022 to that of December As you can see, the visibility for November 2022 is on the left, and the visibility for December, which is the new one, is on the right. The December Visa Bulletin will go into effect on December 1st, thus you should adhere to those dates only after that day However, if you see that the dates in this particular Visa bulletin are moving forward, you can begin gathering your documents now to be submitted on December 1st. Now let’s first look at the family-sponsored preference category.
