With 84 locations across the United States as well as locations overseas, HGE is a successful international education operator currently employing more than 1,900 individuals. HGE has received more than $100 million in institutional investment funding since 2016.

EB5AN has structured this project for direct EB-5 investment. The EB-5 investment is spread across 11 new locations in Illinois, Ohio, and Florida. Six of the 11 schools are already operating.

Additionally, the management team has direct EB-5 experience with 23 previously approved I-526 petitions for direct EB-5 investments with Higher Ground Education.

EB-5 investors will benefit from the operator’s extensive track record, established brands, and direct EB-5 program experience. EB-5 investors will receive a fixed preferred annual return, with a cash sweep—or the use of excess cash to pay back EB-5 investors upon EB-5 investor repayment eligibility. Each of the 20 EB-5 investors will be assigned 14.0 jobs, which exceeds the minimum EB-5 requirement of 10 jobs.
