Passport can be renewed once the validity expires or within 6 months before the date of its expiry

By phone: Citizen’s Card Line (+351) 210 990 111, on working days from 9am to 6pm.

No appointment is needed to request for passport at the Lisbon airport. If not requesting passport to be picked up on the same day (with 11am cut-off)
