We have seen in past may of the time U S C I S make the necessary changes for premium processing to help immigrants to push their cases and like to earlier, we have received some updates on premium processing.

As we know, Premium processing provides expedited processing for Form I-129, Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker, and Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, for a fee. U S C I S guarantees that they will take some adjudicative action on the case within 15 calendar days for most classifications or 45 calendar days for Form I-140, E13 multinational executive and manager and Form I-140 – E21 national interest waiver classifications, or they will refund the premium processing fee and will continue with expedited processing.
If we look at the eligibility of the premium processing. U S C I S allows, Form I-129, Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker, it includes visa type such as –
– Visa Category E, For Example (E 1, E 2, and E 3).
– Visa Category H, For Example (H-1B, H-2B, and H-3).
– Visa Category L, For Example (L-1A, L-1B & L-1 Blanket or LZ).
– Visa Category O, For Example (O-1 & O-2).
– Visa Category P, For Example ( P-1, P-1S, P-2, P-2S, P-3, P-3S).
– Visa Category Q-1,
– Visa Category R-1,
– Visa Category TN-1 and TN-2.
The Other category where premium processing is allowed is form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker.
– Visa Category E-11, E-12 & E-13.
– Visa Category E-21.
– Visa Category E-31 & E-32.
– Visa Category EW3.
