This is my journey from Spain to Morocco. In order to get from Spain to Morocco using ferry there are two ports. One is the Algeciras and the other one is Tarifa.

You can either take ferry from Algeciras or Tarifa. If you take ferry from Tarifa, you will be in Tanger. However, Tarifa is further away from Algeciras.

I went from the port of Algeciras to Tanger Med. There are several ferries that operate from Algeciras. We took trasmediterranea ferry. The one thing to keep is mind is Tanger Med is different from Tanger itself. Tanger is almost 45 mins to one hour away from Tanger Med.

The ferry ride from Algeciras to Tanger Med was only hour and half and the cost was $40 USD per person. Its a short distance from Algeciras to Tanger Med. The ferry ride is a very comfortable ride. There werent that many people on the ferry. We had almost the whole ferry to ourselves.
