A Balata resident wants the driver who slammed into her home to own up to his responsibility. Prisca Raphael escaped unscathed in a February 25th incident when the driver of a pickup lost control of his vehicle and pommeled into her home while she was asleep.
The mother of five has been told by the driver’s insurance she has to provide legal documents for the property in order to rebuild.
