What are the qualifications of the EB-5 program?
We will initially start with a brief meeting about source of funds and the documentation thereof. the us gov doesn’t discriminate between occupations they just want to ensure that the investors that the investors that they approve through the program are clear in terms of their source of funds. that’s where we come in. We first analyze your financial documents, we then build a plan to present your file in the best way necessary so that officer reviewing the application has a clear indication what your source of funds are. the documentation necessary will be determined based on every individual case.
Generally speaking, the documents necessary for your initial application are the same as applying for a loan for a national bank. You will need to provide your National ID’s, passports copies, bank statements and salary certificates etc. Based on the quality and nature of those documents I might think its enough to file your application, or I may ask for a few more documents to supplement your application and ensure you get an approval straight away.
