Buying a house in the Algarve, the Southernmost area of Portugal, is the most expensive, costing an average of €287,000, while it is cheapest in the Alentejo region.
The national average to invest in a house between April and June 2022 is roughly €190,000
, representing a +2% compared to the beginning of the year.
The more expensive area is the Algrave, as stated earlier, which registered a +6% increase over the first quarter of 2022, followed by Lisbon Metropolitan Area, with house prices reaching €260,000.
