EB2 NIW-Direct USA Green Card for Professionals with National Interest Waiver. No Employer Required

EB2-NIW is a Direct Greencard if you are a degreed professional with at least 10+ years of outstanding progressive experience. It is a very high standard as explained in the document.
You have to show the US government that you are very above average in all aspects of your career. , that you have received awards from your employer, your government. That you are invited to conferences as a speaker, and that you are part of professional organizations. We have to convince the US government that you are so good that the government should waive all formalities of immigration like having an employer and proving that you have the right skills and just giving you a straight green card. This CV does not contain enough information for me to evaluate it.

3. have you contributed to your colleagues’ knowledge?
4. in EB2 NIW you are asking the US government to waive all formalities like having a job offer and proving that there is a skill shortage because you have excelled and are in top 10% of your career.
