US Immigration : New Adjustments on Immigrant Visas for Employment & Family for 2023 | USCIS News
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has just released new updates on employment-based adjustment of status (EB). USCIS and the Department of State ( DOS ) reiterate that it is “dedicated to ensuring that we use as many available employment-based visas as possible in fiscal year 2023,” which ends September 30, 2023. The annual cap on immigrant employment (EB) visas for fiscal year 2023 will be higher than normal before the pandemic, but lower than in fiscal years 2021 and 2022. This increase is due to the fact that the numbers of visas unused family members during tax year 2022 have been added to the tax year 2023 limit.
