In November, the deadlines for submitting applications and taking final action for professionals and skilled workers under categories EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 will not change.
The prospect that an international cut-off date for EB-2 may need to be created at some time in the upcoming months is raised by the Department of State’s November Visa Bulletin.
