And they are spoken not only by the Kremlin propagandists, but also by the top military-political leadership of the Federation and Putin himself. Russian politicians publicly urge to kill residents of Ukraine. They have been nurturing the hatred of Russians for Ukrainians for years. The result is massive crimes against humanity and war crimes of the Russian army – genocide.
