Dominica´s Citizenship By Investment Unit has made 5 major changes to the passport program, effective September 15th, 2022.

The changes include:

1. Siblings are no longer considered qualified dependents.
2. Parents included within the same application must be 65 years of age or older.
3. Children ages 18-30 must be unwed and have no children. In addition, males ages 18-30 and females ages 18-25 must be enrolled in a recognized institution of higher learning.
4. Names changes will only be allowed for persons residing and maintaining residency within Dominica.
5. Price changes for the required investment including the donation and real estate option.
