The Indian-born businessman facing charges of illegally entering Dominica, while fighting against extradition to India to face criminal charges, had his day in the Dominican courts today.
Mehul Choksi, who holds Antigua and Barbuda citizenship, is also fighting against attempts by the Antiguan government to have him sent back to India.
