Dr. Melissa Luu is a native of Oregon. She has always wanted to pursue medicine and gained that opportunity with her acceptance into SGU. She has had her heart set on emergency medicine throughout medical school, but went in with an open mind.Her heart ultimately won (and luckily it did!), and she applied EM or bust. As of last week, she is grateful to share she matched into her dream specialty of emergency medicine at her top choice program.
