EB-5 visa just got a whole new policy.

Thanks to the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act passed in March 2022, the program has been subject to a ton of changes and shifts. The question that’s been on everyone’s mind is this: how long does it actually take to get a green card?

It can take as little as 100 days to get an EAD through concurrent filing and that allows you to live and work in the United States until the I-526E is approved, granting you a conditional greencard. After the 2022 EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act, the process of being able to live and work in the United States got much faster, and the path to becoming a permanent resident and getting a greencard got a lot smoother. The processing time and speed for EB-5 investing to work is one of the prime highlights brought about by this new policy.
