
For most people, the E2 visa application process isn’t too difficult. However, South Africans and Québécois(e) may need to satisfy some additional requirements. Don’t worry – with a little information and planning, you’ll be fine!
Proving your schooling was conducted in English (suggested list of documents):
All documentation must be in English and/or Korean ONLY
Notarized TEFL certificate (+ apostille)
Sealed university transcript
Letter from university attesting that courses were taught in English (+ apostille)
Transcript/letter of attestation from high school may be needed
Proving your degree is legitimate (South Africans only):
Notarized copy of diploma + apostille (as usual for E2 application)
Original, unaltered diploma (will be returned to you on arrival in Korea)
