Scott Paulson and Barbara Smith from Island Time Steel Drums brought their Caribbean Steel Drum Program to the Pre-K – 12 School on Ocracoke Island, NC for a 4 day Residency from 03/29 – 04/01, 2010. This was the oldest group of students who named their band, “The Phytoplanktons.”
