Please note that due to the current restrictions, the Philippine Consulate in Cyprus is closed until 31 January 2021.

#Requirements for the #extension of Philippine #passport:

1. Conpleted and signed extension application form;
2. €18
3. Copy of passport
4. Original passport.

Put all above in an envelop and take it to the Philippine Consulate at No. 16 Stassikratous Street, Nicosia 1065, Cyprus.
