May Visa Bulletin: Dates For Filing AGAIN?!

The May Visa Bulletin is out, and USCIS has instructed applicants to use the filing dates charts for family sponsored and employment based visas. The employment charts also have the addition of the EB5 visa category, which was reauthorized by President Biden in a recent spending bill. Unfortunately, we didn’t see much movement in filing dates or final action date charts in May, and our visa bulletin prediction is that we won’t see much movement until the end of the fiscal year unless Congress passes a green card recapture bill.
