4. Residence permit or valid Tourist Visa
5. Documents proving your relationship with
your spouse and children (marriage license,
divorce decree(s), former spouse consent,
birth certificate(s) for children, death
certificate(s), as applicable). The documents
must be translated into Turkish or English
and must be duly legalized
6. Tax payment receipt
7. Appraisal report
8. Bank receipt showing payment of
minimum of USD 250,000.

1. True Copy of valid Passport
