The Turkish citizenship by investment program minimum investment requirement was lowered to $250,000 in 2018 in order to attract foreign buyers to the struggling Turkish real estate market. After four years and a lot of success, the Turkish government has finally increased the required amount from $250k to $400K and it will be published in the gazette within the next few days. I’m explaining in this video about the important changes to the program.
