Scores of citizens descended on the immigration office at the Lamar building in downtown Castries, on Tuesday, in a bid to obtain the new e-passport.
The cue stretched through out the office space, snaking to the ground floor with applicants swarming the immigration department to get the new passports.
Local authorities this week officially introduced the new travel documents designed to reduce the incidence of passport fraud.
