What is the advantage of investing in a regional center rather than your own business?
One of the requirements to qualify for an EB5 visa is to create and retain a minimum number of 10 jobs throughout a number of years. The major advantage for investing in a Regional Center is that the Regional Center can take advantage of indirect job creation. Regional Centers take the burden off of your shoulders and help you fulfill the job creations aspect of your investment.
