Is it time for Black people to move to The Caribbean or Africa? Are you tired of living in the West? Do you ever wonder what life would be like living in the Caribbean or Africa?
As we continue with our ‘BLAXIT’ series, join us as we speak with repat Zoe Smith, founder of The Exodus Collective (a platform that inspires conscious moves abroad) and a recovering journalist who is currently based in Grenada, in the Caribbean. And Dayna Byfield, who has a personal story that reads a bit like a Hollywood movie script. In a short space of time, Dayna went from being on benefits to the boardroom of a £300m company. From being a single woman with a child to being married. From being an employee to an entrepreneur. From renting to being a homeowner. And from living in the U.K. to emigrating abroad. Dayna now lives with her husband and son in the beautiful Island of St Vincent & The Grenadines in the Caribbean.
