Can you get an E2 Visa for the US with investments of Bitcoins and
other Cryptocurrencies?
It is possible to obtain an E2 Visa with investments of Bitcoin and
other Cryptocurrencies in a US business.
In our case, the investor invested both fiat money and Bitcoins and Cryptocurrencies
and qualified for the E2 Visa. The E2 visa was approved for the maximum period
allowed under their treaty (5 years).
The majority of the investment was in Bitcoins and other Cryptocurrencies.
Under the E2 Visa regulations, the investor is required to have made
an investment or being the process of investing in the E2 business
to qualify for the visa.
